First commissioned project? Hope it wasn't for you Mum, she deserves a freeby – especially after using her best Iron for the edge banding!

Hope you didn't bin the skirting off-cuts – they don't make that stuff any more. Just be careful if there is lead paint in it. My sis had an old place near Wakefield. When she had her bathroom stripped out, they found the original wallpaper from the 1850's and plenty of lead paint.

Another great informative project – just when I thought it couldn't get any better – what next?

Great build. Great progress. The only thing that makes me cringe is when you make those long cuts. I know that making a sled that long would take a lot of material, but still… You can reuse it, make it adjustable. And please use a push stick. All best.
